As a solo traveler, I loved the friendly and professional staff, especially Alexander who was knowledgeable and attentive while serving dinner. The hotel is well-maintained and has a great wellness area with a Finnish sauna, pools, and a steam room. The location is excellent, right on the edge of the ski slopes, with a fabulous ski room and a lovely terrace bar. The buffet breakfast had a variety of options including different types of milk, sweet pastries, cheese, yogurt, and ham. The hotel manager did a great job in keeping everything running smoothly.
I felt so well taken care of during my stay, there was nothing to complain about.

Hotel environment and staff friendliness impressive. Highly professional team, generous welcome drinks. Special mention to Alexander, a cheerful and knowledgeable officer who excels at serving. Worth extra training for future. Beautiful views from balcony rooms, though limited bathroom space. Amazing bed. Buffet meals available – would prefer served option. Clean and welcoming decor, friendly staff. Amazing room with mountain view. Great breakfast options. Fitness with great view. Good food, pleasant staff, and prompt room availability upon arrival. Perfect ski-in, ski-out location.

The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a cozy seating area and a large flat-screen TV to unwind after a long day of adventure. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a hairdryer, perfect for relaxing and getting ready for the day ahead. As an adventure traveler, I truly appreciated the ski storage room with a boot dryer, making it convenient to keep my gear in top shape for the slopes.
Personally, I found the presence of a minibar in the room a bit unnecessary, as I prefer to explore local bars and restaurants during my travels. However, I understand that others may enjoy having this option right at their fingertips.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location down off the mountain was perfect for us, as we could easily access the ski pistes right from the secure ski room. The staff here were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were impressed by the range of facilities in the spa, including the pool, saunas, steam room, and even an ice pool. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated with an alpine timber theme. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
The only thing we would recommend about this place is that everyone should stay here! The service, facilities, and location were all top-notch.

As young guests, we absolutely loved the ski-in ski-out location right on the edge of piste 6. The ski room with heated lockers was fantastic, and the terrace bar was a lovely place to relax after a day on the slopes. The wellness centre with sauna and pool was excellent, and the buffet breakfast had a great variety of options. The evening meals were also top-notch, with a varied menu to choose from. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. The restaurant and reception staff were very attentive and friendly. the hotel was beautiful, modern, and impeccably clean.
We felt incredibly welcomed throughout our stay, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

I had a fabulous time at a hotel with breathtaking views. The spa area was great, especially the pool with its stunning mountain backdrop. The restaurant served delicious Austrian cuisine. Parking was convenient.
Oh, and let's not forget the joy of buying water from the bar or walking 300m to the shop. So convenient!

This ski hotel is a truly luxurious retreat for those looking for an excellent holiday destination. With fantastic food, attentive staff, and amazing services, it's the perfect place to relax. Located in an idyllic ski destination, you'll enjoy lovely views and an extensive list of facilities. Facilities include a heated boot room, excellent spa and sauna complex, and a beautiful pool area. The hotel rooms are pristine and comfy, with spacious bathrooms and fabulous views of the mountain.
It's slightly disappointing that the rooms are too warm, and individual temperature control isn't provided.

The value for money at Vaya was terrific, and the room with a balcony had amazing views. The location was excellent, with true ski in ski out access right on the edge of the piste. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The breakfast experience could have been improved by having a wider variety of options available.

The hotel location was perfect for skiing enthusiasts, as it was right on the slopes, and there were ski hire shops nearby. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The pool and spa area were clean and well-maintained.
The furniture in the rooms was slightly outdated, but it added to the homely atmosphere. The TV only had German channels, so it wasn't really international.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in a beautiful location with warm and friendly staff. The highlight was definitely the delicious food, which rivaled many European award-winning restaurants. The true ski in and out setting was perfect for a seamless skiing experience. The hotel also had great amenities including a pool and sauna. The rooms were spacious although a bit tired. The cleanliness was top-notch. I also appreciated the convenience of having full board included and the après-ski bar right outside the boot room. I highly recommend this hotel for a cozy and satisfying ski vacation.
